Refund and Exchange Policy – North Zone Vapors
Refunds will only be issued via the same method of payment used at the time of purchase. For instance, you will not be able to receive a refund to an account different from the one used for the initial payment.
Refunds or Exchanges Will Not Be Granted If:
The item has been modified, altered, repaired, or serviced by anyone other than North Zone Vapors.
The item has been physically abused.
The item has been used in a manner inconsistent with the instructions in the manual.
The item has been used for any purpose other than what it was intended for.
The item has been damaged during return shipment to the company.
Any items from the original packaging are missing.
Items must be returned in the same condition as when they were originally purchased.
No returns will be accepted for items exposed to extreme temperatures, water, or improper handling.
For sanitary reasons, tanks may only be returned if there is a manufacturer defect within 7 days of purchase.
Returns and exchanges must be in "like-new" condition with original packaging and parts.
Refund Process:
Refunds will only be processed to the same payment method used during the original purchase. For instance, you cannot receive a refund on an account other than the one you used to pay.
Limited Warranty:
North Zone Vapors offers a limited warranty of 5 days on all products, except for the following items due to re-use concerns:
E-Liquids
Coils & Tanks
Batteries
Tips & Mouthpieces
Atomizers
Customers are advised to carefully inspect these products before leaving the store. Once you leave the store, these products are not eligible for return or exchange due to re-use issues. We ensure all products are shipped in perfect condition, but in the event of damage during shipping, we accept returns for these specific products.
Claims for Damaged, Faulty, or Defective Items:
If your product is damaged, faulty, or defective, you must notify North Zone Vapors via email at customersupport@northzonevapors.com within 5 days of purchase. Please include a description of the defect, and return the product in its original packaging with all included items to process a refund or exchange.
Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable, and you will be responsible for all additional shipping fees.

Note: Make sure to describe the defect details via email before returning any items. The product must be returned within 15 days of the purchase date to qualify for a refund or exchange.
Exchanges Without Manufacturer Defect:
If there is no manufacturer defect and the product is functioning properly, you must notify us within 5 days of purchase for us to accept the return. You may receive either:
An exchange with a new product in the same category, or
Store credit towards any other product.
Refunds will not be issued for products returned without a manufacturer defect. The customer is responsible for any additional handling and shipping costs.
